Ana ist Yoga Aliance zertifizierte Yogalehrerin mit zusatzliche Fortbildungen (Aerial Yoga, Yoga Pre- und Post-Natal, Yoga für Kinder, Yoga für Senioren, Yoga und Krebs), Fitness- und Personal-Trainerin, Präventions- und Rehabilitationssport-Coach mit Schwerpunkt Orthopädie und Krebsnachsorge (Sporthochschule Köln und Landssportbund NRW), Hochseilgarten Trainer und Outdoor-Trainerin. Mit Aerial Yoga kam Ana das erste Mal for einigen Jahren in ihrer Heimatstadt Lissabon in Berührung. Seitdem ist sie von Aerial Yoga – von der Kombination des „klassischen“ Hatha Yogas mit Elementen aus u.a. Pilates und der Luftakrobatik, als wunderbare Bewegungspraxis für Körper und Geist, ganz begeistert und überzeugt. In ihren Workshops und Unterrichtstunden gibt sie diese Begeisterung weiter. Ana unterrichtet AerialYoga, in einige Varianten (Aerial Swing Yoga, Aerial Yoga Flow, Aerial Yoga Restorative).
Ana is a Yoga Aliance certified Yoga teacher, with additional training (Aerial Yoga, Yoga Pre and Post-natal, Yoga for children, Yoga for seniors, Yoga and cancer), fitness and personal trainer, prevention and rehabilitation sports coach, with a focus on orthopedics and cancer aftercare (Sport University Cologne and Landssportbund NRW), ropes-courses Trainer and outdoor trainer. Ana first came into contact with Aerial Yoga a few years ago in her hometown Lisbon. Since then she has been enthusiastic and convinced of Aerial Yoga – the combination of „classic“ Hatha Yoga with elements from Pilates and aerial acrobatics, among others, as a wonderful movement practice for body and mind. She passes this enthusiasm on in her workshops and classes. Ana has been teaching AerialYoga, in some variants (Aerial Swing Yoga, Aerial Yoga Flow, Aerial Yoga Restorative).
Ana é professora de yoga certificada pela Yoga Aliance, com formações adicionais (Aerial Yoga, Yoga pré e pós-Natal, Yoga para crianças, Yoga para seniores, Yoga e cancro), treinadora de fitness e personal trainer, treinadora de desporto de prevenção e reabilitação com foco em ortopedia e cuidados pós-cancerígenos (Sport University Cologne e Landssportbund NRW) e treinadora de arborística e desportos ao ar livre. Ana entrou em contacto pela primeira vez com oYoga Aéreo há alguns anos atrás, na sua cidade natal, Lisboa. Desde então, tem estado completamente entusiasmada e convencida que o Aerial Yoga – a combinação do „clássico“ Hatha Yoga com elementos de Pilates e acrobacias aéreas, entre outros, é uma uma fantástica prática de movimento para o corpo e a mente. Ela transmite este entusiasmo nos seus workshops e aulas. Ana ensina AerialYoga, em várias modalidades (Yoga Aéreo Swing, Yoga Aéreo Flow, Yoga Aéreo Restaurativo).
